  • For eligible claims, we will cover all two-way shipping fees for the exchange.

  • We offer a complimentary service to adjust the size of your item (wider or tighter). For this service, the customer is responsible for all two-way shipping fees.

  • Please contact the shop within 2 days of receiving the product (based on the shipping information).
  • Shipping will be completely free of charge.

In case of a size change (adjusting wider or tighter):

  • The size adjustment service is free of charge.
  • The customer is responsible for the two-way shipping fee.
